These terms apply to every sale by RabexHoldings through rabexholdings.co.za or by direct quote.
Listings and prices
Prices are in South African rand and exclude transport unless a delivered price has been quoted in writing. Condition is stated on each listing. We correct errors in listings when we find them; if a price was clearly wrong we will tell you before accepting payment.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we issue an invoice and you pay it by EFT (bank transfer). Ownership passes on cleared payment. Items are sold individually; multi-unit listings are allocated in order of payment.
Delivery
See our Delivery, Returns and Refunds page. Delivery is to kerbside unless offloading is quoted.
Returns and refunds
Within 7 days of delivery, as set out on the Delivery, Returns and Refunds page. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Used goods
Used, refurbished and vintage items are sold as described and photographed. Hours, mileage and service history are stated where known and are otherwise unknown.
