In-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment; the freight quote states the transit estimate for your area.
Large equipment is delivered to kerbside. Offloading on site is the buyer’s responsibility unless it is included in the quote.

Goods are insured in transit. Check the item against the listing on arrival and note any damage on the delivery note.
Returns and refunds
Report an item that does not match its listing within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
If the item was misdescribed we collect it at our cost and refund in full to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back.
If you change your mind, you may return the item in the condition received within 7 days; return freight is at your cost and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Used and vintage items are sold as described. Wear consistent with the listing and photos is not a defect.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
